Watch New York Knicks vs New Jersey Nets tonight, Feb 20, 2012 - Carmelo Anthony still not playing in hardcourt but the Knicks are doing good. Their key - Jeremy Lin.
The undrafted and underrated Harvard graduate continues his explosion as he lifted the Knicks in last night's game against Dallas Mavericks. Lin scored 28 points and a career-high 14 assists in a 105-97 victory over reigning NBA champion Dallas.
Knicks new player J.R. Smith scored 13 points in his debut as the Knicks (16-16) helped his new team to win their eighth victory in nine games.
Jeremy Lin played well against the Nets in their last meeting -- his breakout game on Feb. 4 where he scored 25 off the bench in a 99-92 victory over New Jersey.
On the other hand, Deron Williams had his fifth straight game scoring 25 or more on their last game but lost to the Bucks. He increased his season average to a career-best 21.7.
Brook Lopez won't play tonight. Jordan Farmar will likely be out until after the All-Star break because of a groin injury. The backup point guard is averaging a career-high 10.5 points this season.
