The song is called "Lalaban Ako Para Sa Filipino," which roughly translates to "I'll Fight for the Filipino People." The song was composed by Lito Camo and officially sang by Manny himself.
Recorded in Las Vegas, the music video was then released few days after and immediately went viral. As a proof of being a viral video, talk show host Jimmy Kimmel had few minutes on his show to discuss this and evenly sang the first part of the song.
Jimmy Kimmel Live is well known for its huge viral video successes with 2.5 billion views on YouTube alone. Manny Pacquiao had several times on his program as well and it seems they had a better connection to remember each other especially when this song came in.
The so-called "Fight of the Century" between eight-division world champion Manny Pacquiao and undefeated, five-division world champion Floyd Mayweather, Jr will be held this coming May 2, 2015 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
